02. Our Marketing Playbook
We’ll contact our network of past clients, out-of-market clients, and buying agents to find the most suitable buyers. Because we’ve spent a decade and a half working in the service industry and another half decade representing commercial sales, we can usually find qualified buyers without listing your business on the open market.
If we do list your business on the MLS, we’ll regularly update you with information about buyer interest and feedback so you know exactly how your sale is progressing. If buyer interest isn’t meeting our expectations, we’ll let you know so we can come up with a different strategy to change that.
You’ll never be left wondering what’s happening with your own sale. You’re always in control. But we won’t overwhelm you with daily play-by-plays. For maximum exposure, your listing will be featured across a number of national and international real estate websites, and the most innovative digital marketing tactics will be used to target ideal buyers and showcase your listing across social media platforms.

As buyers reach out, we’ll carefully screen each one so that only the most serious and qualified buyers are considered. We’ll help you sift through incoming offers and determine which ones are the most beneficial.
Once you accept an offer that meets your criteria for selling, we’ll fiercely negotiate the terms and the price so that you end up with the best possible deal for the sale of your business.
Following the closing, we’ll still be at your side to help you understand and navigate the conditions of the deal, including the lawyer’s review, inspection, financing, zoning approval, liquor license transfer, and more.
